How to Split a Zendesk Ticket

  1. Once you've signed into Zendesk and are viewing the Support tickets, open one of the tickets
  2. If necessary, click on the Apps button to view Apps

  3. To split a ticket, click on Split This Ticket

  4. Enter in the relevant information

  5. Click either Split Now button
    mceclip3.png
  6. And your ticket has been split
