How do I set up an Inbox Rule in OWA?

Set up an Inbox Rule using OWA

  1. Go to Options
    Click on Create an Inbox Rule
  2. Click on the option to create a New rule
    Select the option for arriving messages…
  3. Select the clause for when the rule applies
    Select the Redirect the message to… to send emails to another use
  4. Search for the user
    Highlight their name
    Click on the To field to select them
    Click OK
  5. Click Save
