How to share your screen with a DTEN Zoom Room

Without joining a Zoom Meeting:

1. Without joining a Zoom meeting, open the Zoom app on your computer
2. Select Share Screen
   
3. If prompted, find the sharing key located at the top right corner of the DTEN screen. Enter it onto your laptop to share your screen
   
4. Select what content to share
   
5. If content is not displayed on both screens, tap anywhere on the DTEN and tap View
   or
6. Change to Content Only
   

With joining a Zoom Meeting:

1. If you have a meeting ID ready, use the DTEN Zoom Room to join that meeting
   1. If you don't have a meeting ID, on the DTEN screen, select New Meeting
      
   2. Tap the Shield in the upper left corner to find the meeting ID and password (if applicable)
      
   3. Or view Participants and invite yourself to the meeting
      
   4. Search for your name and invite yourself
2. Join the same meeting on your laptop. From your laptop, share your screen.
   
3. Select what content to share
   
4. If content is not displayed on both screens, tap anywhere on the DTEN and tap View
   or
5. Change to Content Only
