How do I change the default Windows keyboard?

Windows 10 instructions for v1803 and later:

1. Go to your Windows Settings
2. Go to Time & Language
   
3. Go to Region & language
   
4. Go to Options for the English language
   
5. Add your keyboard
   

Earlier version of Windows 10 instructions:

If you've installed another keyboard, but Windows keeps changing back to the regular English keyboard every time you log off or restart, please follow these steps to change your default keyboard in Windows 10.

1. Right click on the Start Menu
2. Click on Control Panel
   
3. If you're viewing by Category
   Go to Change input methods
   
4. If you're viewing either Small or Large icons
   Click on Language
   
5. Click on Advanced settings
   
6. Under the section, Override for default input method, select the keyboard you want to use all as the default keyboard.
   
7. Click the Save button
