I have a pickup ticket number. How do I get software?

Great! you've purchased a software license from the Software site. If you ask yourself, "What do I do next?" read on.

1. Wait for the email titled "SOFTWARE* License Pickup Information"
   *Where SOFTWARE is the name of the software you purchased
2. Copy the ticket number
3. Go to https://software.ucdavis.edu/
4. At the top, click on Pick-Up Window
   
5. Paste in your ticket number
   
6. Click on the button, retrieve software
   
7. Close this Pick-Up Window
   
8. Go back to the Software page
9. Click on the Download button
   
10. Find the appropriate file you need
    
11. Click on it to download it
    
12. Follow the appropriate instructions to install the software
